1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 788com platform — including the website at 788com.pro, the mobile app, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

Each individual is permitted to hold one 788com account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is a breach of these terms and will result in the suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances, bonuses, and winnings.

4Deposits

All deposits to your 788com account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of each transaction.

• Deposits must come from a payment source that you legally own. Third-party deposits — sending funds from someone else's account on your behalf — are not permitted.
• 788com does not charge deposit fees from its side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 788com's control.
• Deposits made in error or duplicate transactions should be reported to support immediately. 788com cannot guarantee reversal of processed transactions but will investigate each case individually.
• All deposits must be genuine and made for the purpose of using the platform's entertainment services. Deposits made solely to exploit a bonus or promotion without genuine intent to play may be reviewed and reversed.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method on your account. In most cases, withdrawals are made back to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification.

• Identity and payment verification may be required before a withdrawal request is approved, particularly for first withdrawals or where account details have recently changed.

• Funds that originated from a bonus and have not completed the required wagering cycle cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

6Bonuses and Promotions

788com may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to terms that are specific to each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless an individual offer's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who opt in at the time of the qualifying deposit. Retroactive bonus claims are not accepted.

7Gaming Rules

All games available on the 788com platform — including Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Sports Betting, and all other categories — are governed by the individual rules of each game in addition to these general terms.

• Game outcomes in Slots, Fish Games, and RNG-based table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. These systems produce unpredictable and unmanipulated results.
• Live Casino games use physical equipment operated by real dealers. Results are determined by the actual card draws, wheel spins, and dealer actions visible on the live stream.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to the official results of each event as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, 788com's interpretation of the applicable rules will be final.

8Prohibited Activity

9Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed for breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
